What is Blickity Black?

Blickity Black Book Club is a new book club for the enjoyment and discussion of contemporary Black poetry and fiction. B.B.B.C. is created and moderated by Memphis Washington.

Blickity Black is about the unabashed appreciation of the literary and poetic works, arts, and narratives of Black artists. Some of the books read will be newly released and others will have been out for a few years; everything will have beenn published in the 21st Century.

Fun fact: Memphis Washington lives in Apartment BB in an unspecified Inwood building, dubbed "Apartment Blickity Black".
